I went to GMAN IT for support after purchasing an expensive Cyber insurance policy. I wanted to make sure I was compliant. Stephen went above and beyond. He liaised with the insurance broker and identified several issues, which in turn resulted in the policy being cancelled and a new policy, better suited to my needs, being issued. Saving me a lot of money in the process. He then worked to ensure that all my devices were protected and that I’m now compliant with all the clauses of the policy. He saved me an enormous amount of stress, as tech isn’t my forte. Stephen and his team are diligent, accessible and will not stop until the project is completed to their satisfaction, because they are the experts. I can’t thank Stephen enough for his help.

Three things I appreciated when dealing with Stephen from GMAN IT. He didn’t try to sell me things we didn’t need, he simply solved the issues we had and got us set up for the next stage of growth, then his customer service, in just about every issue we had, it was solved the same day, and finally, Stephen is an easy guy to deal with, communicated with me every step of the way, did his best to understand our business needs, and worked with us in swapping over our services to him without interruption to our business.
